Tubular upper support for FK8 type R (2017-21). This helps make extra room in the tight space in front of the motor. It is a bolt in install as the factory upper pieces unbolt and this bolts in place. Hood pins are needed in place of the Oem hood latch that must be removed. One of the factory holes, as seen in the photos, is a perfect place to install the hood pins. This bar has all factory mounting points for the bumper and tabs with rubber grommets for the radiator. The main purpose of this part is to make room when needed for modification to the turbo system. Its also nice to be able to see the parts instead of all the Oem plastic that normally covers it.
Made with stainless steel you wont need to paint or powder coat these or worry about rust. The brushed polished stainless is a nice touch. Oem Honda push fasteners and Oem Honda radiator mounting bushings are provided.
